Application of Spatial Analyses Using GIS Technology for Purposes of Real Estate Market

The master's thesis deals with possibilities for using of spatial analyses for purposes of the real estate market in using geographic information system. The focus of this thesis is on the issues for the search of appropriate documents for project development in GIS and data processing. For the definition of functional spatial analyses are followed criteria of the property location, building location, transportation accessibility, availability of services, physical and geographical parameters, positive and negative effects of the environment, restrictions on use. GIS project is presented as an interactive map containing the input data and the individual spatial analyses which describe the analyzed factors or criteria affecting the real estate market. The results of analyses represent the advantage possibilities of using GIS for dealing with appropriate of practical use for the purpose of the real estate market.

Central bank independence and its international dimension

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zkoumat nezávislost centrálních bank s důrazem na její mezinárodní aspekt. V práci je použita prostorová analýza k popisu toho, jak na sebe centrální banky působí co se týče míry jejich nezávislosti. Práce nabízí několik ekonomických vysvětlení, proč se tak děje. Patrně nejdůležitějším výsledkem této práce je zjištění, že vzdálenost mezi centrálními bankami je důležitým faktorem při popisu nezávislosti centrálních bank. Chce-li čtenář detailněji pochopit, co určuje level nezávislosti centrální bank může se podívat na hodnoty odhadů našich nezávislých proměnných (Transparentnost centrální banky, Rule of Law, Růst HDP, Členství v mezinárodních organizacích, Otevřenost zahraničnímu obchodu a Režim inflačního cílování) a lépe tak porozumět nezávislosti centrálních bank. Pravděpodobně nejdůležitější zjištění jsou odhady našich modelů pro proměnné Rule of Law, Růst HDP a pro členství v mezivládních organizacích OECD a WTO. Překvapivě, Rule of Law má negativní dopad na úroveň nezávislosti centrální banky. Na druhou stranu země, která je členem WTO a OECD mívá výší úroveň nezávislosti svých centrální bank. Konečně, naše výsledky jsme porovnali s dosud existující literaturou.
